OrgGen AI is an AI-powered tool for creating and managing organizational charts. The Service allows users to:

  • Generate org charts through natural language conversations with AI
  • Visualize organizational structures on an interactive canvas
  • Manage team members, roles, and relationships
  • Save versions and export projects
  • Collaborate with team members (Pro and Enterprise plans)

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the Service
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code from the Service
  • Use automated tools to scrape or access the Service without permission

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service (org charts, data, configurations). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

5.2 Our Service

The Service, including its design, code, and documentation, is owned by OrgGen AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Subscription Plans and Payment

  • Free Plan: Limited features available at no cost
  • Pro Plan: Billed monthly or annually. Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Enterprise Plan: Custom pricing and terms as agreed in a separate contract

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy.

7. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses AI (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to generate org charts and respond to prompts. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI outputs
  • AI responses are not professional advice (legal, financial, or otherwise)

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORGGEN AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
