Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using OrgGen AI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Service description

OrgGen AI is an AI-driven diagram-generation tool — org charts, data models (ERDs), software architectures. The Service lets you:

  • Generate diagrams through natural-language conversations with the AI
  • Visualise structures on an interactive canvas
  • Manage team members, roles and relationships (org chart)
  • Export to universal formats (DBML, SQL, Mermaid, PlantUML)
  • Save versions and collaborate (Pro and Enterprise plans)

3. Account creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
  • Take responsibility for all activity occurring under your account

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Upload malicious code or compromise the Service
  • Harass, abuse or harm other users
  • Generate illegal, harmful or offensive content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the source code
  • Use automated tools to scrape the Service without permission

5. Intellectual property

5.1 Your content

You retain ownership of all content you create through the Service (diagrams, data, configurations). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

5.2 Our service

The Service, including its design, code and documentation, belongs to OrgGen AI and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Subscriptions and payment

  • Free plan: limited features available at no cost
  • Pro plan: billed monthly or yearly. Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Enterprise plan: custom pricing and terms agreed in a separate contract

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or specified in our refund policy.

7. AI-generated content

Our Service uses AI (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to generate diagrams and respond to prompts. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
  • You are responsible for verifying AI outputs
  • AI responses do not constitute professional advice (legal, financial or otherwise)

8. Voice transcription and meeting mode

Voice mode and meeting mode use your browser's speech recognition (Web Speech API). You acknowledge that:

  • in most browsers, the audio captured by the microphone is sent to a third-party service to be converted to text — Google for Chrome and Edge, Apple for Safari. This transmission is governed by the browser and its vendor, not OrgGen AI, and is subject to their own terms;
  • OrgGen AI does not receive, store or transmit any audio stream: only the TEXT recognised by the browser reaches us;
  • in meeting mode, the passages that are captured are submitted to the AI under the same conditions as article 7, and nothing is applied to your schema without your explicit approval;
  • it is your responsibility to inform other meeting participants before enabling transcription, and to obtain their consent where applicable law requires it.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORGGEN AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for a breach of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability) will survive.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with French law, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions.
